Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your email address or personal data such as Name, First Name and Country of residence.

Services and Online Courses T&C

One to One Support online and locally

The fee is payable in full before your consultation period begins. A deposit of half the fees is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation

Payment is via Paypal or bank transfer and can be made in your local currency.

I do not give medical advice, if you are concerned about your child’s health please consult with a qualified medical professional before working with me.

I share my knowledge and experience. You are solely responsible for applying those tips to fit within your family lifestyle. I cannot guarantee that I will improve your situation. You are paying for the time taken to analyse your situation, provide my recommendations and any time purchases to consult with me. No refunds will be given.

E-courses for parents

E-courses T&C

You are strongly advised to watch the first free lesson prior to book an e-course. This is to make sure that you can access the member’s area from your own device and that you are familiar with your Montessori guide.

Dues to the low-cost and the downloadable content of course, E-courses with only access to the member’s area are non refundable.

E-course with Group support T&C

The group support is offered within a private FB group. By accepting to join that FB group, you will comply to FB own T&C. You freely join a FB group. Information shared in the FB group will not be shared outside that FB group. As each course lasts a month + 1 month of Q&A, with 30 new members every time, content will be deleted at the end of the course to make room for the new course.

Refund policies for all services:

E-courses only:

No refund given to e-courses will be given as you have direct access to a member’s area with downloadable content.

E-course with online group support:

If you are unable to attend the group course at the dates scheduled, I will offer to transfer you to the next available online group support. I run the e-courses with online group support monthly, alternating my current 2 courses: Montessori Parenting then Montessori discipline.

Due to the direct member’s access and downloadable content, only the fees for the group support will be refunded, that is £30 refund only.

– 100% refunded before the start of the course.
– No refund if the course has started and you have joined the FB group, as that has given you access to our private community.

Cancellation and refund for one to one services:

Please note, that due to having to schedule support bookings several weeks in advance, cancelling a one-to-one session usually means that I have turned down work with another family to secure your booking. In addition, before we start our one to one session I have generally spent a considerable amount of time analysing your personal family situation and making notes before our consultation starts.

Before cancelling a consultation, I will make every effort to offer you an alternative date.

Exceptional circumstances, death, disease and accident, will be considered.

However, due to the time taken in a one-to-one consultation, prior to our appointment, the following fees apply to all cancelled support services:

  • More than 14 days notice: 25% of the fee paid (75% refund payable)
  • 14-7 days notice: 50% of the fee paid (50% refund payable)
  • 7-3 days notice: 75% of the fee paid (25% refund payable)
  • 48 hours or less notice: 100% of the fee paid (0% refund payable).
