Montessori Discipline Course

Gentle Discipline Course

E-course with Support

Enroll in a 4-week, Montessori discipline online course that will start on the 18th of June.

This course is based on the Montessori principles and other techniques I have learned from various gentle-parenting trainings I took, and from my own experience as a psychologist and a mum. This course is suitable for parents of children aged birth to 6 years old. All the techniques are still useful for older children but we will specifically discuss the under 6 child’s development.

  • All about your child’s brain development. While the Montessori for parents course focuses on the development of skills, this course focuses on the development of emotions, impulse control, reasoning, and how it impacts the way we can “discipline” and guide our children.
  • What behaviour to expect from your child, and why you cannot expect children to understand rules the same way as we do.
  • Why naughty step or time out are not recommended, and what to do instead.
  • Why rewards and constant praise are not good either, and what to do instead.
  • How to help your child get through a tantrum.
  • Foster a happy relationship between sibling from the start. How to deal with sibling rivalry.
  • How to help children to manage their emotions. I will also give many tips and ideas to explore emotions with children. Included in this course, a yoga and mindfulness family session to give you ideas to try with your child.
  • How to deal with your own emotions to be able to welcome your children’s emotions.
  • Dedicated Private Facebook group with live support for 1 month + access for another month for Q&A.
  • Life access to the Facebook group so you will benefit from the group support and my guidance every time a new group is starting, every 2 or 3 months.
  • At least 2 Facebook live a week to understand each concept in depth + Q&A. You can watch the replays for the time of the course and you can ask your questions anytime.
  • Activities and homework to help you to apply gentle discipline methods with your children. I will be there to coach you and support you on your parenting journey.
  • Pdf documents to remember the concepts, tips and activities explored during the course.
  • You will receive a personalised support within the group. You will be able to share your own individual challenges and I will guide you to resolve any conflict with your children. I will be there every step on the way to support you.
  • I’m 100% available for the group during those 2 months and I answer all your questions in detail.
  • Each group is always different from the previous one and more topics are then covered in the group such as how to help with the arrival of a new baby, how to cope with the stress of parenting life. We create a supportive community when you will feel safe to learn to become the best parent you can be.
  • There is also a great emphasis on taking care of yourself. Any parenting question can be asked in that dedicated group.

The info has been really good thanks Carine. I feel as though I will be able to use a lot of the advice and tools as my son gets older but it’s definitely good to start using them now so I can practice!
